You learn about the most important insect-friendly plants, discover which animals they support, which habitats caterpillars need, and explore the gardens and meadows of Schweibenalp.

During this tour, the most important insect-friendly plants that provide food for bees, butterflies, hoverflies and other insects will be presented. You will also learn which plants serve as host plants for caterpillars and what kind of habitats different insects need. The walk leads through the gardens and meadows of Schweibenalp.
