Description of the apartment:
The apartment is furnished with great attention to detail!
3-room ground floor apartment with 70 m2 living space. The apartment has been newly renovated in 2015. The building is only inhabited by the landlords! Otherwise no guests or residents! The apartment is optimally furnished for the occupancy of 2 adults and 2 children. But also offers 4 adults good space. Quiet location with beautiful views of the village, Lake Brienz and the mountains. Terrace, patio and lawn are available. There are sun loungers and parasols on the separate berth available. The swimming pool 8.00 x 4.00 x 1.50 m is heated in the summer months June - September with collectors and is available for free use. Even at night, the pool can be used and illuminated. Large private parking available. Walk to the village about 5 minutes Non smoking apartment! Pets are not allowed! On the area also live our four lovely and cuddly cats.
Kitchen:
New and practical furnishings, fridge with freezer, oven, dishwasher incl. Tabs, coffee machine Nesspresso (incl., 10 capsules / week, additional capsules can be bought locally for CHF 0.60 per piece). Dining table for max. 4-5 persons, dish towels available.

Couch and chair, saloon table, sideboard with drawers and 3 large wall cupboards
TV (Swisscom TV with 7 days replay function), DAB radio

If you make a final booking/confirmation, we will send you a confirmation/invoice with all details.
4 months before the start of the holiday, 20% of the total amount will be charged as a deposit.
The remainder is due for payment 1 month before arrival.
Arrival and departure:
The arrival and departure days are ideally Saturday!
Check-in from 3:00 p.m
Check out by 10:00 a.m
Cancellation conditions:
In case of possible re-letting; The costs will always be refunded 100%
Otherwise applies:
Up to 60 days before check-in 100% refund.
From 60 to 30 days before check-in 75% refund.
From 30 to 14 days before check-in 50% refund.
From 14 to 7 days before check-in 25% refund.
In the event of early departure, no costs will be refunded.

The apartment is located above the village Brienz and is easily accessible by car. 10 minutes walk from the Dorf train station and 5 minutes from the West train station.
