Kitchen and bathroom linen as well as other additional costs such as electricity, etc. are included in the price. Garage available on request, baby cot free of charge, 1 basket of fireplace wood CHF 6.00. Kitchen, bed and bathroom linen are provided, but must be washed and hung up by the guests before departure (per washing cycle CHF 3.– to CHF 9.–).
From autumn to spring a heating fee of CHF 5.– per day is charged. Final cleaning: CHF 120.– Visitor’s tax: Adults CHF 3.– per night, children 6–16 years CHF 1.– per night. Dog fee: CHF 30.– per week. Loyalty discount: 10% for returning guests.
Arrival: individual / Departure: individual By train: Zürich - Luzern - Brünig - Meiringen - Brienz or Zürich - Bern - Interlaken - Brienz. Take post bus towards Oberschwanden / Ballenberg. Get out at bus stop "Stocki". Then walk back approx. 50m. Chalet Marthaheim is just after the car park on the right (with garden gate).
