- Start: Merligen, parking lot along the lake road
This unique and impressive circular route leads around the Sigriswiler Rothorn. However, it requires quite a bit of stamina, concentration, and confident riding technique. Several carrying sections line the route. It begins immediately with the climb along the Grönbach into the valley, initially gently, until it becomes more difficult near Hindersberg, forcing a dismount. The descent is equally fast and steep, until after a small counter-climb to Oberes Hörnli it becomes easier. Now, interrupted by three smaller climbs, it goes downhill back to Merligen.
