National Day 2026 in Habkern
Celebrate Swiss National Day in the quaint village of Habkern, where tradition is part of everyday life.
Programme:
31 July from 6.00 pm: Festival food stalls on Bärenplatz
- Family programme 6.00–8.00 pm: Grilling cervelat sausages, face painting & ‘hot wire’ game
- Evening programme from 8.00 pm: alphorn players, flag-wavers, yodelling club, traditional costume and children’s dance groups, lantern parade with cowbell ringers, and a finale with the Schwyzerörgeli quartet "Gemsberg" and cowbell-bar
We look forward to celebrating with locals and visitors alike.
Location: Bärenplatz, Habkern (in the sports hall in the event of bad weather). The final venue will be published from 31 July at www.habkern.ch/tourismus -> Activities-> Events and on social media.
