Forest bathing and tree rituals
Sometimes we are not even truly aware that we are performing a ritual.
In general, human life is interwoven with rituals—whether it is eating regularly or brushing our teeth each day in front of the mirror.
Rituals give us orientation and stability in daily life.
A tree can show us this just as well. It stands firmly in its environment—no matter what comes, it is not easily shaken.
At our chosen tree, we enter into symbiosis with it and honor our experiences through tree rituals.
The sensitivity and empathy we need to connect with it are cultivated through forest bathing.
Only when we arrive in a state of being can we receive the messages of the tree.
Course content:
- Letting go of everyday stress
- Walking in silence and arriving in being
- Releasing what no longer serves
- Recharging our system through meditation
- Connecting with joy
- Druid-inspired toning in the forest
- Immersing in the tree’s aura
- Nature rituals
