The apartment is open plan. You enter the apartment opposite the kitchen, which is equipped with everything you need. There is a checkroom next to the entrance door. At the front of the apartment is the dining table with a direct view of the lake - where could your food taste better than here? The living room is a few steps above the kitchen. You can curl up on the sofa there in the evening. One floor up on the open gallery is the double bed, from where you also have a fantastic view of the water. Curtains can be used to darken the room on the lake side. The bathroom is located on the same floor.

The apartment has a balcony with plenty of space to sit and enjoy. You can also enjoy and linger on the meadow below, which borders directly on the lakeshore.

The apartment has a reserved parking space. Additional charging station for electric car 11kWh. Further parking spaces (subject to charges) can be found at the top of the Dorfstrasse.
