At LAKE LODGE, a classic Swiss chalet directly by Lake Brienz, we offer affordable accommodations in a total of 20 family-friendly two-, double-, four-, or six-bed rooms.
In addition to the hostel rooms, the Spatz apartment can be booked from mid-May to September. The apartment is located in a rustic chalet building behind the lodge and is perfect for families of up to 6 people.
The hostel rooms have shared bathrooms on each floor. Each room is equipped with a sink and a mirror. A washing machine and dryer are available for free use. Wi-Fi is available throughout the house free of charge. In the common area, you will find a refrigerator, a microwave, and a coffee and tea station. There are no cooking facilities.
Cozy lounge furniture invites you to relax and linger around the house.
Dogs are warmly welcomed at our Lake Lodge.

Our Lake Lodge in Iseltwald is easily accessible by public transport.
By train and bus: Travel by train to Interlaken Ost station. From there, take bus No. 103 towards Iseltwald Dorf and get off at the final stop. The lodge is just a few minutes' walk from the bus stop.
Arrival by car
For guests arriving by car, there are plenty of parking options available.
From Bern: Take the A6 towards Interlaken and follow the A8 towards Brienz. Take the Iseltwald exit and follow the signs to Iseltwald.
From Lucerne: Take the A8 towards Interlaken and take the Iseltwald exit. Follow the signs to the Lake Lodge.
Arrival by boat
Experience a romantic arrival across Lake Brienz by boat (mid-April to mid-October): From Interlaken Ost station, you can reach the boat dock in just a few minutes' walk. Take a BLS boat on Lake Brienz towards Brienz and get off at the stop "Iseltwald." The Lake Lodge is only a few minutes' walk from the dock.
