The history of the 4★ Hotel Du Nord dates back to the beginnings of tourism in the Bernese Oberland in the 19th century. It is one of the most traditional hotels in Interlaken.
The Hotel Du Nord is located in the heart of Interlaken right at the world-famous Höhenmatte. The Interlaken Ost train station - the starting point for your excursions to the Jungfrau region - shops, boutiques, bars, and restaurants are all within walking distance in just a few minutes.
With a personal guest card, the visitors of Interlaken can use public transport in the Bödeli area for free. Additionally, our hotel guests receive free admission to Bödeli Bad, the local swimming and wellness centre.

Arrival from Lucerne: Take the exit "Interlaken Ost" on the N8. Continue towards Interlaken. At the end of the exit, turn right and proceed towards the center. Turn right at the second roundabout (the Interlaken Castle is on your right). The Hotel Du Nord is located on the right side.
Arrival from Bern: Take the exit "Interlaken West" on the N8. Follow the road towards the center until you see Höhematte on your left. Turn left at the second roundabout. The Hotel Du Nord is located on the right side.
Public parking (CHF 10.00 / 24 hours) is available in the immediate vicinity. Parking tickets can be purchased directly through the website of the municipality of Interlaken.
